b'get to know your parks13Free Lithia Park Nature Walks Enjoy Beautiful Lithia Parks Natural HistoryThree days a weekSundays, Wednesdays and Fridays (additional Saturday walks in July and August)rain or shine, trained volunteer naturalists from APRC lead an easy, interesting, 1.5-hour nature walk through Lithia Park. Topics include: trees, flowers, birds, climate, water, geology and the history of the park. Nature walks are free and all ages are welcome. Please meet at 10 a.m. at the park entrance, across from the Plaza in Ashland. Pre-registration is not required.DAYS/DATES Sun, Wed & Fri (May-Sep); Sat (Jul & Aug only)Free Concerts in the Park with the Ashland City BandEnjoy a FREE summer concert every Thursday evening, June 13 through August 15, in Lithia Park, from 7 to 8 p.m. The concerts are held at Butler Bandshell. The pre-concert group performances begin at 6:15 p.m. Bring a picnic dinner (alcohol is not allowed), blanket or chair and your family and friends! Pre-registration is not required and all ages are welcome. A 2019 patriotic concert will be offered on the 4of July at noon; special thanks to the thAshland Chamber of Commerce!The Feast of Will Dinner & Performances in Lithia ParkThe Feast of Will has been a tradition at Oregon Shakespeare Festival (OSF) since 1956. Always held in Lithia Park, it celebrates the beginning of summer and the opening of the Elizabethan Stage. In recent years, the Feast of Will has been hosted by the Ashland Lions Club. The event, a fundraiser for the club, is a festive affair of food, flowers and music. The event begins at 6 p.m. in Lithia Park on Friday, June 7, 2019.
