THE ORGANIZATION The Ashland Parks Foundation, established in 1995 under the laws of the State of Oregon as a nonprofit corporation, is recognized by the U.S. Department of Treasury, Internal Revenue Service as a 501(c)(3) tax- exempt benefit foundation. It is administered by a five-member board of Ashland residents. THE PURPOSE The purpose of the Ashland Parks Foundation is to enhance Ashland’s quality of life by financially supporting its parks system.
